This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) sets out the terms and procedures governing all product deliveries purchased through thewatchsavvy.com, operated by Bandozza by Porsin Limited (“Bandozza,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Complimentary Shipping

2.1. All qualified orders enjoy complimentary standard delivery, subject to courier coverage and regional availability.
2.2. No minimum purchase amount applies unless indicated during exclusive campaigns or promotional events.

3. Order Processing

3.1. Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within approximately 48 hours after confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays in Hong Kong or other operational regions.
3.2. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email once the parcel has been dispatched.
3.3. Should unexpected circumstances such as supply congestion or operational delays occur, we will notify customers as soon as possible.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

4.1. Standard delivery generally takes between 7 and 14 working days after shipment, depending on destination and courier conditions.
4.2. Working days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and statutory holidays in both the origin and destination countries.
4.3. Delivery timeframes serve as estimates only and are not guaranteed.

5. Express Delivery

5.1. Expedited delivery options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.
5.2. Once the order is handed over to the courier, any delay, damage, or disruption falls under the courier’s responsibility.

6. Shipment Tracking

6.1. Customers will receive a tracking number via email upon dispatch.
6.2. The tracking link may require up to 48 hours to become active on the courier’s website.
6.3. Orders can be tracked using the official courier tracking portal or via 17track.net.

7. Customs & Import Regulations

7.1. International shipments may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, or local taxes as required by destination authorities.
7.2. These fees are excluded from the purchase total and are payable by the recipient.
7.3. Bandozza is not responsible for reimbursing any customs charges or delays caused by inspection procedures.

8. Delivery Issues & Returns

8.1. If a parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information, refusal of customs clearance, or the recipient’s absence, the package may be returned to our warehouse.
8.2. In such cases:
a. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
b. If we do not receive further instructions within seven (7) business days after notice, the order may be cancelled at our discretion

9. Damaged or Missing Items

9.1. We recommend customers check their parcels immediately upon receipt.
9.2. Any claim regarding lost or damaged items must be submitted to support@thewatchsavvy.com within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.
9.3. Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and relevant photos for verification.
9.4. After assessment, we may issue a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the case.
