How can I purchase a watch?
All watches are owned and sold directly by The Watch Savvy. Simply click “Buy Now” to complete checkout or “Contact Us” for personal assistance. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be shipped promptly.
Do I need an account to buy?
You may checkout as a guest, but creating an account allows you to track your order, view past purchases, and receive after‑sales support.
What determines a watch’s price?
Pricing reflects brand market value, rarity, condition, completeness, and servicing. Prices include inspection, authentication, packaging, and insurance, but exclude any destination import duties.
Who is my contractual partner?
Your contract is always with The Watch Savvy Limited, a registered Hong Kong‑based retailer.

Are your watches authentic?
Yes. Every watch passes a full in‑house verification covering serial number, movement, and manufacturer specs. Each comes with a Watch Savvy Certificate of Authenticity and a 12‑month warranty.
Do you service watches before sale?
Yes. Our certified watchmakers clean, test, and service all watches so they run accurately and arrive in excellent condition.
How do you define authenticity?
A watch is authentic when all major components are original manufacturer parts or genuine replacements consistent with the brand’s specification. Any replacements are clearly disclosed.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide from Hong Kong using insured couriers (DHL, FedEx, SF Express Premier). All packages are covered up to their full value.
How long does delivery take?
- Hong Kong: 1–2 business days
- Asia‑Pacific: 3–5 business days
- Europe / North America: 5–7 business days
How much is shipping?
Domestic shipping within Hong Kong is free. International shipping costs depend on destination and insurance value; fees are shown at checkout.
