These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

2. Eligibility
To use The Watch Savvy Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts.
- Use our website and Services for lawful purposes only.
- Provide truthful and accurate information when registering or transacting.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these conditions.
3. Scope of Services
The Watch Savvy operates as an online marketplace connecting verified buyers and sellers of pre‑owned luxury watches.
We may also provide optional services such as authentication, escrow payment processing, and logistics coordination.
Unless otherwise stated, we are not the legal owner or seller of the watches listed on our platform.
4. Sellers’ Obligations
- Sellers must list only authentic, legally obtained watches.
- Product descriptions, photographs, and conditions must be accurate and complete.
- Counterfeit, stolen, or misrepresented goods are strictly prohibited.
- Sellers shall comply with all import/export and customs regulations relevant to their transactions.
- We reserve the right to remove any listing or suspend an account that violates these rules.
5. Buyers’ Obligations
- Buyers agree to purchase only through our secure payment channels.
- All payments are processed through our Escrow Service, keeping funds temporarily under The Watch Savvy’s custody until the transaction is confirmed complete.
- Buyers must inspect their purchased item within seven (7) days of receipt and report any issues to our support team within this period.
6. Escrow Payment & Transaction Flow
- The buyer places an order and submits payment into our Escrow Account.
- The seller ships the watch with approved insured couriers.
- Upon buyer confirmation of satisfactory receipt, the funds are released to the seller.
- If a dispute arises, The Watch Savvy mediates according to these Terms and established platform policies.
All escrow funds are managed by Yuzheng Trading Limited in accordance with Hong Kong’s Money Service Operator (MSO) guidelines and industry best practices.
7. Authentication Services
All watches listed as “Verified Authentic” have undergone technical inspection by certified watchmakers.
Our process includes verification of the serial number, reference, internal movement condition, and external originality.
While we take all reasonable care, The Watch Savvy cannot be held liable for minor manufacturing variations or wear consistent with pre‑owned goods.
8. Returns and Refunds
- Buyers may request a return or refund within seven (7) days if the item deviates materially from its listing description or authentication certificate.
- The returned item must remain in original condition with all seals and verification tags intact.
- Refunds will be processed only after the item has been received and re‑authenticated by The Watch Savvy.
- Shipping costs and customs duties (if any) are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
9. Taxes, Duties, and Fees
Each party is responsible for paying applicable customs duties, VAT, handling charges, and local taxes arising from import/export transactions.
Our service or escrow fees will be clearly disclosed before purchase confirmation.
10. Shipping and Insurance
- All shipments organized through The Watch Savvy include full insurance coverage for loss or damage during transit.
- Title and risk pass to the buyer once the watch has been delivered and signed for.
- We partner only with international couriers that provide real‑time tracking and customs clearance support.
11. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Any actions taken under your account are deemed to be executed by you.
Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security incident.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content, including but not limited to logos, images, text, and layout, is owned or licensed by Yuzheng Trading Limited.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any license to use our intellectual property without written consent.
13. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) and our Privacy Policy.
By using our Services, you consent to such data handling.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Hong Kong law:
- We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or business interruption).
- Our total liability in connection with any transaction shall not exceed the total service fees you paid to The Watch Savvy for that specific transaction.
15. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Any dispute or claim will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
Parties are encouraged to resolve minor disputes through The Watch Savvy mediation process before seeking legal remedies.
16. Termination
We may, at our discretion, suspend or terminate your access to The Watch Savvy platform if:
- You breach these Terms,
- We detect fraudulent or illegal activities, or
- Continued use of your account poses risk to other users or to the platform’s integrity.
Termination does not waive any outstanding payment or obligation due to us.
17. Amendments
We may revise these Terms from time to time.
The updated version will be posted on our website with a new effective date.
Continued use of our Services after such publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
