This Returns & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made through thewatchsavvy.com, operated by Yuzheng Trading Limited (“TheWatchSavvy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

2. Return Eligibility

2.1. For hygiene and product integrity reasons, all watch straps are non-returnable and non-refundable once worn, resized, or altered.
2.2. Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or proven to have a manufacturing quality issue.
2.3. All returned products must remain unused, unadjusted, and in their original packaging, with protective films and tags intact.
2.4. Custom-length or engraved straps are not eligible for return or refund.

3. 60-Day Quality Assurance Guarantee

3.1. theWatchSavvy provides a 60-day no-questions-asked replacement policy for straps found to be defective due to manufacturing or material issues, provided the damage is not caused by human misuse.
3.2. Qualifying issues include but are not limited to:

  • Stitching defects
  • Broken or loose clasps
  • Material cracking or separation not caused by impact, force, or moisture exposure
    3.3. The guarantee excludes damage caused by wear-and-tear, improper fitting, stretching, bending, contact with liquids, chemicals, or accidental drops.
    3.4. Approved claims under this policy will receive a free replacement strap of the same or similar model.

4. Return Request Procedure

4.1. Customers must contact our support team within the applicable return or warranty period at support@thewatchsavvy.com.
4.2. The email should include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos or video evidence of the defect
  • A short description of the issue
    4.3. Unauthorized or unverified returns will not be processed or refunded.

5. Inspection and Processing

5.1. All returned products undergo inspection by our quality assurance team.
5.2. If the issue is verified as a manufacturing defect, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.
5.3. In cases where replacement is not possible, a store credit or refund may be issued at our discretion.
5.4. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days, excluding shipping and tax charges.

6. Shipping Responsibility

6.1. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is verified as a genuine quality defect.
6.2. For approved quality claims, theWatchSavvy will cover the return and replacement shipping cost.
6.3. We recommend using a trackable courier for all returns, as theWatchSavvy will not be responsible for parcels lost in transit.

7. Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or replacements will not be provided if:
a. The strap shows signs of wear, bending, or tampering.
b. The issue arises from improper installation or exposure to water, sweat, or chemicals.
c. The damage occurs after the 60-day guarantee period.
d. The item was purchased from an unauthorized reseller.

8. Company Rights & Liability

8.1. theWatchSavvy reserves full discretion to determine whether a claim qualifies for refund or replacement.
8.2. Misuse of the return or guarantee policy may result in permanent suspension of future purchases.
8.3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, theWatchSavvy‘s liability is limited to the original purchase price of the item.
